Overview

Graduating highly qualified graduate students in the field of veterinary medicine, specializing in pathology and laboratory diagnosis.Increasing the ability of veterinarians to conduct scientific research in the field of various blood sciences.Preparing veterinarians and qualifying them for scientific research and conducting detailed studies in the field of clinical hematology and using the products in diagnosing diseases.Graduating veterinarians who are able to enter the field of disease diagnosis laboratories and diagnose diseases based on laboratory analyzes in laboratories.

Intended learning outcomes

1. The student should be able to identify the diagnosis of diseases based on clinical blood tests.

2. The student should familiarize himself with conducting blood analyzes and sampling in the correct ways, in order to be able to conduct various laboratory tests.

3. The student should familiarize himself with recording the results of accurate analyzes and how to use analysis equipment for the purpose of obtaining a diagnosis of diseases.

4. The student should know the nature of blood diseases and the mechanism of their occurrence and development, along with writing diagnostic scientific reports.

5. That the student be able to describe the changes that occur in the blood as a result of various diseases.

6. The student should be able to write notes on blood changes and laboratory test results.

7. The student should be able to interpret and analyze the laboratory results in order to reach an accurate diagnosis of the disease.

8. That the student be able to develop the mechanism of disease occurrence and diagnosis.

Teaching and learning methods

1. Lectures using a PowerPoint presentation, including pictures and video clips.

2. Laboratory exercises (practical training in which the student is trained on various devices).
