Overview

The course aims to provide the student with the necessary information to prepare administrative plans for the development of administrative work, in addition to identifying the difficulties facing administrative work to perform administrative functions and studying the proposed scientific solutions, as well as knowing the basic concepts related to the areas of administrative planning, its components and methods of activating it, and addressing other topics related to administrative development.

Intended learning outcomes

A. Knowledge and understanding : That the student recognizes the importance of planning as the first and most important function on which the rest of the administrative functions are based. That the student recognize the types of administrative plans that are used in the organization and distinguish between them. To get acquainted with the concept of human resource planning and its contribution to the decision-making process Manage the human resources that the organization needs to achieve its goals.
