Overview

This course is an extension of Strategic Planning 1 and complements the student's information about strategic planning. It gives a clearer picture of the objectives of strategic planning. Its importance to the organization in making future decisions

Intended learning outcomes

A -Knowledge and understanding :For the student to remember and retrieve information and facts.To familiarize the student with the technical terms used to deal with phenomena.The student interprets and rephrases the information he obtained from studying the course. This is achieved through lectures and books and measured by theoretical and oral tests.

B- Mental skills :The student analyzes the data and information obtained from studying the course. For the student to compare what was planned and what was actually achieved. The student should be able to think and reason. The student solves and identifies the problems that appear during the implementation of the plan.

C- Scientific and professional skills: That the student use some electronic devices to obtain information and data useful in setting strategic goals. That the student stores information and data obtained from the past. These skills are achieved through activities and research. These skills are measured through activities and research. To have the ability to manage time.

D- General Skills: The student should be able to communicate and communicate. To have the ability to work in a team. These skills are achieved through the ability to teamwork and diction. These skills are measured by writing scientific reports and articles.
