Overview

This course aims to clarify the importance of public relations and the factors of its emergence, and to introduce the student to this concept, its mechanism of action, and its relationship to some other concepts, especially with regard to media and job satisfaction. It also aims to introduce students to how to organize public relations and the organizational structures of its departments, in addition to the methods affecting the job performance of these departments.

Intended learning outcomes

The student can prepare a public relations plan and knows the stages and elements of public relations planning, the importance of planning in public relations, the steps of planning public relations activity, and identifying the specific audiences of the establishment - choosing the most appropriate means and methods.

Field visits to institutions concerned with the Department of Public Relations. Each student was asked to prepare a report on this visit through the work of the DepartmentScientific lectures and panel discussions with specialists in the field of public relations from different companies
