The course describes photosynthesis interactions and dietary transformations of carbohydrates, proteins, and fats
Describes the processes of decomposition and breakdown of carbohydrates, proteins, and lipids in the process of photorespiration to produce the energy needed for the biological processes in the plant cell
Intended learning outcomes
a. " Knowledge and understanding:
The course describes photosynthesis interactions and dietary transformations of carbohydrates, proteins, and fats
It describes the processes of decomposition and breakdown of carbohydrates, proteins, and lipids in the process of photorespiration to produce the energy needed for the vital processes circulating in the plant cell.
b. Mental Skills:
Study the importance of photosynthesis and differentiation between light and dark interactions in the process of photosynthesis
Study the breathing mechanism and classification of carbohydrates and their importance
C. Practical and professional skills:
The student carries out practical experiments on photosynthesis such as chlorophyll extraction, quantitative assessment, spectrum assessment of its absorption, stabilization of starch, oxygen escalation, the importance of CO2 during the photosynthesis process, and light determination of the photosynthesis process.
The student is proficient in explaining the chemical reactions (demolition) of carbohydrates, proteins, and lipids in the process of anaerobic respiration (glucose degradation), aerobic respiration (carp cycle), and electronic transport chain.
D. General skills: Graduates can acquire pure methods skills and investigate.Application of tissue transplantation technique and application of seed plants.
