Overview

The course aims to know the foundations, methods and methods of manpower planning and development at the state and institutional levels. Enabling the student to become familiar with the concept and importance of human resource planning. That the student be able to know the rights and duties of workers.

Intended learning outcomes

A. Knowledge and understanding.

· The student explains the demand and supply processes for the labor force.

· The student describes working conditions by designing wage structures.

· The student recognizes the optimal use and improvement of the level of production efficiency of workers

· The student learns about forecasting analysis of supply and demand of labor and learns the appropriate strategies for it.

B- Mental skills:

1. The link between demand and supply in the current employment of the project

2. The student compares the demand and supply of the labor force through the prediction equation

3. Knowledge of labor market needs

4. Know the requirements of the recruitment and selection process.

C- Scientific and professional skills:

· The student diagnoses the policies and procedures that affect recruitment processes

· Applying the knowledge and scientific facts acquired in the course courses in practical cases

· Evaluating performance and conducting research to achieve optimal use and improve the level of efficiency for employee productivity

· Provide the appropriate atmosphere for the student to discuss personal experiences as they relate to human resource planning

· Providing an opportunity to apply the knowledge gained by the student through studying the prescribed curriculum
