Overview

The course will equip the semester 7 SOTNS students with the necessary knowledge, understanding and proper attitude to deal with perioperative care and management of surgical patients with emphasis on the intraoperative phase following operative procedures specifically on Ophthalmic Surgery, Ear Surgery, Gynecologic & Obstetric Surgery, Neurologic Surgery, Plastic Surgery and Orthopedic Surgery.

To enhance the intraoperative skills of the students on proper and safe positioning, draping techniques, skin preparation and instrumentation in the department of Ophthalmic Surgery, Ear Surgery, Gynecologic & Obstetric Surgery, Neurologic Surgery, Plastic Surgery and Orthopedic Surgery.
