The course deals with identifying the areas of home economics - the objectives of the fields of home economics - management at work and at home - home management - family resources - family income management - the role of technology in home management - establishing small projects - quality - agencies supporting small projects - marketing - marketing and communication - E-Marketing.

Intended learning outcomes

By success in this course, the student will be able to:-

Establish small projects inside and outside the educational institution

Apply the procedures and regulations provided for in solving problems that may face the project

Set a timeline for the start and end time of the project

Employ his knowledge in making a profit from the project

Prepare a feasibility study for small projects in light of the market needs

Provide the needs and requirements of the local or international market

Manage the process of marketing the product locally or globally
