Overview

The course aims to get acquainted with the history of art in the ancient civilizations and to highlight the aesthetics that the ancient artist dealt with in all his life possessions and the journey of human development in this beauty

Intended learning outcomes

The student’s success in the course will be able to derive everything that represents art and beauty in ancient civilizations and how to be inspired by contemporary designs inspired by different cultures of the world

Methods of assessments

Assessment through a written mid-term exam with a relative weight of 30% and a final exam of 30%, in addition to 10% attendance and 30% homework, which consists of submitting a research paper at the end of the semester
