Intended learning outcomes
If the student successfully completes the course he will be able to,
know the concepts and terminology of
food safety and explain the danger materials and type of food contamination and how to avoid it
gives examples of how to assess risks and applies the use of detection devices
to food safety ,writing scientific reports related to food safety.
