This
course students to methods of nutrition assessment that include dietary, social
history, clinical examination, anthropometric measurements, and biochemical
tests for individuals and community.
Laboratory projects
Practice practical nutritional assessment
methods, such as the dietary history, 24-hour food recall form, the 24-hour
intake record, the food intake tracking form and food scores, as well as
training in anthropometric measurements

Theoretical and practical lectures based on
recitation, dialogue, discussion, practical training and assignments

Written exams, practical exam, assignments,
the relative weighting 60%, the semester work, and the final exam is 40%.
