Overview

It is a scientific and mathematical subject given in the second semester. It aims to provide the student with a background in the basic concepts of integration, methods of integration and its applications in order to study advanced courses in the program. This course deals with definite integration, indefinite integration, methods of integration, applications and theory of integration

Intended learning outcomes

After completing the study of this course, the student will be able to: 1- Explain the basic principles of definite and indefinite integration and defective integrals. Problems of the areas under the curve, the volumes of the bodies of rotation, the lengths of the curves, and the surface area of a solid of revolution in a mathematical template. 6- Gain skill in completing homework and self-study.
