knowledge and understanding: knowledge is achieved through the student's acquaintance with linking the concepts of physical preparation to efficiency. and distinguish between the types of exercise, which is in line with the elements of physical fitness the student recognizes the management and application of sports presentations, and the mental skills achieved by linking the student between theory and practice and distinguishing between the classification of exercise and sports performances and recognize the linking of the concepts of physical preparation with efficiency and for scientific and professional skills and to perform individual, marital and group exercises. It also uses exercise tools and assistive tools and designs a mini-sports show (sports sentence). general and imparted skills are achieved by their ability to communicate between themselves and colleagues. and develop solutions to obstacles and difficulties. ability to manage time, especially in sports performances.
