The course Jurisprudence of Worship (2) and its code RA302: It is taught to students of the second academic year of the Department of Arabic Language, at a rate of two hours per week. In this course, the student studies jurisprudential rulings and what is related to them.
The course aims to:
Introducing the student to the jurisprudential rulings related to acts of worship.
Accurate perception of jurisprudence issues.
- Inferring the reasons for the differences of jurists in jurisprudential issues.
- The ability to weigh between statements in jurisprudential matters.
The value of the study returns to the student:
- That the student understands what is meant by legal jurisprudence.
To familiarize himself with the approved books of jurisprudence.
- To describe the legal method of correct worship.
- That the student understands the method of correcting the acts of worship in which there is a defect or omission.
