Overview

Through this course, students are provided with information about the factory as a basic system in society and the importance of social relations between workers and factory management. This course also introduces the formal informal organization of the factory, the importance of the industrialization process in building society and development, and the problems facing workers in factories.

Intended learning outcomes

After passing this scientific course, the student will be able to understand the scientific material and be able to benefit from the information obtained in his scientific and practical field.

Lectures, panel discussions, discussion of research

Methods of assessments

Oral exam 5%, research papers 15%, midterm exam 20%, final exam 60%.
