Overview

It provides a concise summary for the characteristics of the course and the learning outcomes that expected from the student to achieve, proving that he/ she accomplished the highest benefit from the chances available connecting them with the course description to defend the human dignity, participating in changing the human life for better:

- changing in values & feelings.

- changing in behavior.

- enforcement the concept of social justice.

- connecting between individuals and groups , the state and its facilities.

- boosting the solidarity spirit with others.

- develop the skills of violation observatory dealing with outbreakers.

- support the skills of understanding the issue of human rights.

- reinforce the ways of interactive education.

- reinforce the ways of participating in public affairs

Intended learning outcomes

1- Knowledge aims :

- teaching the main principles for the highest human rights and its types, mechanism used to save them.

- for the behavioristic , it aims to acquire knowledge and experience.

- values and the behavior types are permanent work and continues activity due to defend it in the real life , boosting the efforts to save the human rights.

2- skilful aims:

- adapt, care and encourage the mirets of forgiveness, respect and solidarity included in the human rights.

- defining the human rights in terms of two sides, international & regional.

- Developing the individuals knowledge with means and ways by which the human rights can become social and political facts in the two sides , international and regional.

- enlighten the individuals with thier personal rights, instill the others' respect.

3- giving a special care to enlighten the tight connection between the human rights in terms of development and peace including disarming the other side, needing to establish an international new system in economy , sociology and culture to help all people to have thier rights developing themselves.

4- providing suitable concentration for the economic, social cultural and civil rights in addition to the political rights for individuals and groups considering that these rights can not be taken apart.

5- rehabilitating and general skills specialized to use, develop the individual to boost respecting the human rights and the human personality in particular to feel with dignity, forgiveness, equality between the two sides, togetherness between all society individuals who are able to actively participate in a free society.

Teaching and learning methods

- classroom lectures

- preparing weekly summaries.

Methods of assessments

mid-term exam and discussion 40% divided into:

- first mid-exam 15%

- second mid-exam 15%

- work paper 10% .

- 60 % for final exam.
