With the great development of the sports sector in all its activities and diversity at the local and global levels, it was necessary to conduct an academic study that studies and analyzes of the specialization of sports training. The sports training course is concerned with teaching the sciences related to sports movement, which qualifies to work in the field of sports training and other different fields. Including physical fitness, training techniques, theories and methods of sports training.
Intended learning outcomes
The course aims to: familiarize the student with the nature and definition of nutrition and its importance and the components of live food (food pyramid) on carbohydrates and proteins. It also identifies the types of vitamins, the types of water, mineral, the types of fats, and the factors that control nutritional needs.Teaching and learning methods
The course will introduce the student to a combination of these methods through lectures, panel discussions with brainstorming, in addition to practical activities on movement analysis. The lectures are in person and to increase understanding, lectures are given through electronic platforms such as teams
