Overview

The art of printing textiles 4 is one of the most important practical arts that the learner (student) does not dispense with in the field of art education, and despite the technological development in textile printing methods, manual printing (free drawing by hand on fabric), which is known as the art of Pinter, still enjoys a high artistic position because of the high artistic and aesthetic values of this art. In this course, the materials and tools used in printing are studied, understood and known in the art of drawing free on canvas to achieve color and tactile values through the implementation process to develop intellectual horizons and artistic and aesthetic visions of the subject.

Description of the practical part (Laboratory projects):

- Making applications of the method of free drawing on the surface of the canvas to give the information to the student in a correct way.

- Implementation of artistic topics based on the student's vision and artistic and aesthetic horizons.

- Planning multiple designs in the style of free drawing on canvas and then direct coloring within the boundaries of the design

- Enable the student to t to freely implement drawing on the surface of the canvas as one of the modern methods of drawing on the material.

Intended learning outcomes

Learning Outcomes

1- The student should be familiar with the historical aspect and principles of the silkscreen printing method, how to equip the الشابلوات, knowing their disadvantages and advantages, and the requirements necessary for their processing,

2 The student should explain the colorants, chops and pastes used in the silkscreen printing method.

3- The student should distinguish the historical aspect of the art of printing by the method of batik or isolation with immune wax, by isolating some areas, the most important dyes used, and the necessary technical controls during the preparation of solutions and pastes in the method of printing with batik.

4- The student should explain the historical aspect of the art of printing in contemporary marbling, and the most important technical and technical controls and tools used in the art of marbling.
