Overview

The image and advertising drawings are one of the basic communication symbols on which the designer relies in the design of the advertising message, and the visual elements and design bases in providing meanings and ideas not expressed by words, and the advertising fees contribute to the success of the advertisement, It has an aesthetic reality and visual efficiency that contributes to the delivery of the designed message or idea to the artistic taste, and plays an important role in attracting attention to the completed design with its attractiveness of the movement.

Description of the practical part (laboratory projects): The student is acquainted with the basic aspects of the design process, in terms of the types of design, elements, features and components to start in the implementation process and the technical composition of the chosen subject, through the work of preliminary studies for some advertising topics, after identifying some advertising designs from magazines and catalogs announced about advertising designs. Training on the design of an advertising topic according to the student's desire and his own vision to support and inspire the spirit of trust and work for him and to open the door of dialog and discussion in the implemented topic, in addition to the work of a set of sketches and crochets related to advertising design, in which the student depends on the foundations and elements of design, In addition to making selected advertising designs during the semester, the design elements are collected and arranged in a balanced manner, and then the coloring of shapes and designs using watercolors, ink pens and chryolk colors.

Intended learning outcomes

1bThe student should familiarize himself with the concept of graphic advertising design

2 Expresses innovative designs using in its expression one of the methods of graphic advertising design such as poster and logo or folded

3 The student should draw preliminary sketches of his advertising designs and choose from them what suits his presentation to advertise the product to be promoted or the exhibition to be promoted

4 Describes the stages that advertising design goes through to reach the final stage
