Overview

Study the importance of art criticism in the field of art education and study the components of the artwork such as the foundations and elements of formation and design elements in addition to the methods and trends of contemporary criticism in visual art and study the steps of reading the artwork, and work on the development of taste and aesthetic sense to develop visual perception and sense, Develop the ability to taste aesthetic values in works of art, as well as the ability to analyze, read and critique the work of art.

The practical aspect is the process of dialog and discussion of local and international works of art and reading them critically based on the student’s own visions and based on what has been gained from the learning process. (More...)
