Overview

Familiarizing students with the interpretation of Surat Al-Fatihah, the Sharia’s position on magic, abrogation, and the prohibition of evil, while memorizing all the Qur’anic verses prescribed in the lectures, knowing the Sharia rulings in general, understanding the interpretation of the verses in detail, and studying language and rhetoric.

Intended learning outcomes

1 - Familiarize with the interpretation of Surat Al-Fatihah in detail.

2 - Acquaint with the legislative rulings in the folds of the Qur’anic chapters.

3 - Recognize the position of Sharia law on magic and usury and other rulings.

4 - Explain the analysis of the Qur’anic vocabulary verbally by referring to linguistic dictionaries, interpretations, and scholars’ sayings.

5 - Determine the interpretative rules on which the rulings derived from the Quranic verses are based.
