Overview

Familiarizing students with the provisions of various sales transactions.

Intended learning outcomes

1. Be familiar with the types of financial contracts and distinguish between them.

2. Clarifies the sale contract, its ruling, the wisdom behind its legitimacy, its pillars, and the conditions of each pillar.

3. Enumerates the types of permissible sales, especially the exchange section, because people need to know its rulings.

4. Fulfills the set of evidence on which the provisions of permissible and prohibited sales are based.

5. Defines the wisdom behind the prohibition of financial transactions that are prohibited by Islamic law.

Teaching and learning methods

The course will be presented to the student through lectures, panel discussions, assignments and exercises, and discussion and dialogue

Methods of assessments

Methods of evaluating students in this course: ( Mid-term 40% and final 60%)

Term-work: divided between written midterm exams.
