Overview

In it, the student learns about the literary renaissance in the modern era of education, journalism, theater, translation and literary councils, with the identification of modern literary schools and their poets in all Arab countries, with an overview of texts representing these schools.

Intended learning outcomes

By the end of the course, the student must be able to:

1. Understand the elements of the literary renaissance of the modern era from its teaching, journalism, theater, translation and literary councils, and recognize modern literary schools and their poets in all Arab countries,

Comprehend the texts representing these schools.

Teaching and learning methods

The course will be presented to the student by lectures, panel discussions, assignments and exercises, and discussion and dialog

Methods of assessments

Methods of assessing students in this course: (Class work 40% and final 60%)

Separation work: Divided between written quizzes, duties and assignments

Final written examination .
