Overview

This course aims to understand the issues of inheritance, beginning with the definition of this science, its causes and contraindications, the importance of studying it, the wisdom of it, knowing who inherits from men and women, who inherits by imposition, who inherits by agnate, the share of each heir, the meaning of dependence and withholding, how to divide and apply issues.

Intended learning outcomes

1- To familiarize the provisions of inheritance and division in general.

2- Remember the conditions of the heirs and the share of each of them.

3- Enumerate the holders of each of the obligations mentioned in the Qur’an and Sunnah.

4- Determines the origins of hypothetical issues and learns how to extract them.

5- Recognize the concept of dependence and withholding and how to apply their provisions in solving problems.
