Overview

In this course, the students study a number of the Hadiths of the Prophet selected from the two Sahihs. The study includes linguistic analysis of the words, clarifying the general meaning of the Hadith, mentioning the rhetorical images in it, studying jurisprudential rulings and drawing lessons learned.

Intended learning outcomes

1- Get acquainted with the history of this science and its usefulness and its place among the Sharia sciences.

2 - Remember what he/she studied in the rules of narration and applies it to the hadiths he studies.

3 - Explain the Hadiths and learns the rulings and etiquette in them.

4 - Get acquainted with the most prominent authentic Hadith books, their authors, and their most famous narrators and commentators.

5 - Determine the major purposes of Islamic law through his study of the comprehensive Hadiths.
