Overview

It enables the student to know the methodology of translation.

In this course, the student knows the definition of language and the translation science. And then, the student will study translation methodology of translation and how to analyze the texts.

After six lectures at least, the student will practice the translation of different texts using the methods which he has studied.

Intended learning outcomes

The student will be familiar with:

  • The language and the translation.
  • Translation methodology.
  • Analysis of the texts.
  • How to translate small and different texts.
  • Text types.
